School Visit & Giving Back
Time on campus, student support moments, and visible alumni presence that reminds current students they are backed by a real network.
Excellence • Unity • Legacy
October 5-11, 2026
Alumni Week should feel like a true homecoming: reconnecting with classmates, showing up for the school, strengthening the alumni network, and giving returning alumni a clear plan for the week.
What To Expect
The purpose is not just to host events. The week should make alumni feel reconnected, organized, and proud to participate.
Time on campus, student support moments, and visible alumni presence that reminds current students they are backed by a real network.
Meetups, class-year catchups, photo moments, and relaxed spaces for alumni to reconnect with people they have not seen in years.
Coordinated school shirts and alumni items can help the week feel organized, memorable, and visibly connected to Seaforth pride.
For alumni traveling back home, a published itinerary makes it easier to plan flights, accommodation, and attendance around the major events.
Week Plan
This is the type of structure Alumni Week can follow so alumni know what is happening across the week.
Monday
Arriving alumni check in, reconnect informally, and receive the week overview, event reminders, and shirt pickup details.
Tuesday
Campus-based activities, student encouragement, classroom or department support, and time for alumni to reconnect directly with the school.
Wednesday
Projects or giving initiatives that allow alumni to contribute something practical and visible to students and the wider community.
Thursday
Student engagement, professional conversations, class-year connections, and opportunities for alumni to share experience and support.
Friday
A more social evening for alumni catchups, class links, photos, conversation, and relaxed fellowship before the main celebration.
Saturday
The headline event of the week with school spirit, formal recognition, shared memories, music, and the strongest alumni turnout.
Sunday
A final gathering, worship or brunch option, and time to close the week with gratitude, updates, and next-step momentum.
